What this policy covers

This policy explains the public early-access form and Siyadah's private pilot, including the optional Gmail connection. Joining the waitlist does not connect your Google account.

Early-access requests

The public form asks for your name, email address, phone number and country code, role, and optionally your company. It sends the submission to Siyadah's server, which stores those form fields in Siyadah's database so we can handle your request and contact you about early access. The page URL, referring page and submission time are sent with the request but are not stored in the waitlist record. If storage fails, the form displays an error rather than confirming receipt. Joining the waitlist does not grant Siyadah access to your Google account. We retain the active waitlist record for 90 days from submission and run expiry cleanup hourly. You can request earlier deletion using the contact address below. The database service runs outside Saudi Arabia.

Gmail connection and sending

Only when you choose to connect Gmail in the private pilot do we request the Google gmail.send permission. It permits Siyadah to send email from that Google account when you request a specific send. The consent configuration also includes basic account identity permissions (email, profile and OpenID) to identify the account being connected. This feature does not request permission to read your inbox, contacts, or existing messages. We receive an authorization result and create a connection assigned to your company in our hosted workflow service. For a requested send, the recipient, subject and message content are processed by Siyadah and that service and sent to Google; we record the request and its result so you can see what happened. Google may retain sent messages under your own Google account settings.

We use data obtained through this Google connection only to provide the sending feature and related security and support. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties. Infrastructure providers process only the data needed to host and operate this service under our direction.

Storage, security and retention

Connection credentials are kept in the workflow service while your Gmail connection is active. We use HTTPS for transmission, access controls that separate company workspaces, and a configured credential-encryption service. The service and its infrastructure may process or store data outside Saudi Arabia. Request and result records are kept as needed to provide your company history, troubleshoot runs and meet security or legal needs; they may also appear in operational logs and backups. We do not promise immediate removal of records in every backup. We review and delete data no longer needed when you close the service or request deletion, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

You can request to disconnect Gmail in Siyadah. If a task still uses the connection, disconnection may fail and the connection remains active; Siyadah shows an error rather than claiming it was removed. Contact us to help stop the dependent task and remove the connection. You may also revoke Siyadah's access in your Google account. Neither action recalls email already sent or automatically removes a copy kept in the recipient's mailbox. To ask us to review or delete remaining Siyadah records, contact us below.

Your choices and questions

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or ask about a complaint, by writing to info@siyadah-ai.com. We will review the request and explain any data we must retain. We will update this policy before materially changing how we use Google data and request new permission where required.

نطاق هذه السياسة

توضح هذه السياسة معالجة بيانات نموذج الوصول المبكر العام وتجربة سيادة الخاصة، بما فيها ربط Gmail الاختياري. الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار لا يربط حسابك في Google.

طلبات الوصول المبكر

يطلب النموذج العام اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك ومفتاح الدولة ودورك، واسم شركتك اختياري. يرسل الطلب إلى خادم سيادة، الذي يحفظ حقول النموذج هذه في قاعدة بيانات سيادة للتعامل مع طلبك والتواصل معك بشأن الوصول المبكر. ويُرسل رابط الصفحة والصفحة التي وصلت منها ووقت الإرسال ضمن الطلب، لكنها لا تُحفظ في سجل قائمة الانتظار. إذا فشل الحفظ يظهر خطأ بدل تأكيد الاستلام. الانضمام إلى القائمة لا يمنح سيادة إذن الوصول إلى حسابك في Google. نحتفظ بسجل قائمة الانتظار النشط لمدة 90 يومًا من تقديم الطلب، ونجري حذف السجلات المنتهية كل ساعة. ويمكنك طلب الحذف قبل ذلك عبر عنوان التواصل أدناه. تعمل خدمة قاعدة البيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية.

ربط Gmail والإرسال

فقط عندما تختار ربط Gmail في التجربة الخاصة نطلب صلاحية Google gmail.send. تتيح لسيادة إرسال رسالة من حسابك عندما تطلب إرسالًا محددًا. وتتضمن إعدادات الموافقة أيضًا صلاحيات هوية الحساب الأساسية (البريد الإلكتروني والملف الشخصي وOpenID) لتحديد الحساب المتصل. لا تطلب هذه الميزة إذن قراءة صندوق الوارد أو جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل الموجودة. نتلقى نتيجة التفويض وننشئ اتصالًا خاصًا بشركتك في خدمة تشغيل التدفقات التي نستضيفها. وعند طلب الإرسال، تعالج سيادة وهذه الخدمة المستلم والموضوع ومحتوى الرسالة وترسلها إلى Google، ونسجل الطلب ونتيجته لتعرف ما حدث. قد تحتفظ Google بالرسائل المرسلة وفق إعدادات حسابك لديها.

نستخدم البيانات التي نحصل عليها عبر اتصال Google لتقديم ميزة الإرسال وما يرتبط بها من أمان ودعم فقط. لا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة، ولا نفصح عنها لأطراف غير مرتبطة بالخدمة. يعالج مزودو البنية التحتية البيانات اللازمة لاستضافة هذه الخدمة وتشغيلها تحت توجيهنا.

الحفظ والحماية والاحتفاظ

تُحفظ بيانات اعتماد الاتصال في خدمة تشغيل التدفقات ما دام اتصال Gmail نشطًا. نستخدم HTTPS لنقل البيانات، وضوابط وصول تفصل مساحات عمل الشركات، وخدمة تشفير معدّة لبيانات الاعتماد. قد تُعالج البيانات أو تُحفظ خارج المملكة العربية السعودية لدى الخدمة وبنيتها التحتية. نحتفظ بسجلات الطلب والنتيجة بالقدر اللازم لإظهار سجل شركتك ومعالجة مشاكل التشغيل ومتطلبات الأمان أو النظام، وقد تظهر أيضًا في سجلات التشغيل والنسخ الاحتياطية. لا نَعِد بإزالتها فورًا من كل نسخة احتياطية. نراجع البيانات التي انتهت الحاجة إليها ونحذفها عند إغلاق الخدمة أو طلب الحذف، مع مراعاة ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به لأسباب نظامية أو أمنية.

يمكنك طلب فصل Gmail من سيادة. إذا كانت مهمة ما تزال تستخدم الاتصال، فقد يفشل الفصل ويبقى الاتصال نشطًا؛ تعرض سيادة خطأ بدل الادعاء بإزالته. تواصل معنا للمساعدة في إيقاف المهمة المرتبطة وإزالة الاتصال. ويمكنك أيضًا إلغاء إذن سيادة من حساب Google. لا يسترجع أي من الإجراءين الرسائل التي أُرسلت، ولا يحذف تلقائيًا نسخة لدى مستلم الرسالة. لطلب مراجعة سجلات سيادة المتبقية أو حذفها، تواصل معنا أدناه.
